Returns & Refunds

We want every experience with Nikki Sugar Scrubs & More to feel amazing — from checkout to delivery. Here’s how we handle orders, shipping, and returns.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal-care products, all sales are final for body scrubs, oils, or butters unless an error occurred on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll make it right.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Because our scrubs, butters, and oils are personal-care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.

However, if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your product arrived damaged or leaking

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or store credit if approved.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued if your order is canceled before it ships or in cases of verified order errors.
Once approved, refunds will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
